Cash on delivery
Upon delivery, the Buyer pays for the order in cash to the delivery person.

For all deliveries outside the territory of the European Union, delivery is made through the Croatian post service. Within 24 hours from the creation of the Purchase Agreement (execution of orders in the web store), we will fill out an order with the delivery service with the exact location and contact information for picking up the goods.
We will adequately pack the products for the transport of goods in order to prevent damage or impairment of the contents during transport (placing the contents of the consignment in appropriate packaging – package, box, etc.).

Delivery to the customer
Delivery is made within the time specified with each product.
We do not affect the delivery of postal services or the possible retention of the shipment at customs.
Delivery of all products is done on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
If the products are sent to the territory of Croatia, the delivery time is 4-6 working days, and if they are sent outside Croatia, then the delivery time is 7-10 working days.
In some cases, it is possible to wait up to 15 working days for the product due to: national holidays, public holidays or due to increased mail turnover. In such situations, when we receive timely information from a foreign supplier, we will notify you of the possibility of extending the delivery time.
Each shipment is certified by the Recipient and signed by the delivery note upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act, the certification of the delivery list by the consignee is considered that the consignment was delivered in undamaged condition and after that the carrier is released from any subsequent liability. The sender will indicate the reference number of the accompanying documentation in the pick-up list, whereby the later signed delivery list with the reference number will be the proof of the performed delivery.
Receipt of goods
Upon delivery, with the purchased Product, the Buyer receives all documentation accompanying the Product, invoice and confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign, if there is no reason for complaint. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, the Buyer confirms that when taking over the product he inspected it and that the Product was taken without visible damage, that it quantitatively and qualitatively corresponds to the products from the invoice and that all documents are delivered in accordance with legal regulations.
If the Buyer finds a reason for a complaint during the inspection of the delivered products in the manner described above, the goods should be immediately reported to the supplier because the complaints reported after the delivery of the delivered Products, the Seller will not accept.
When taking over the delivered Product, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered product, ie to check whether there are any visible external damages on the shipment and / or on the products inside the shipment and immediately complain to the delivery worker, and refuse to pick up the delivered products that have visible damage.
If the product has a hidden defect that could not be detected by the usual inspection when taking over the goods, which the customer determines after opening the product – the customer has the right to unilateral termination of the Agreement and refund, replacement, cancellation or price reduction.
What does that actually mean?
If the shipment did not reach you in its original and correct edition, after you notify us of the problem and send us photos or video of potential damage or some other problem, we will send the same shipment at our expense within 48 hours. The impossibility of delivery:
If the Buyer or the authorized transferee is not at the delivery address during delivery, the goods will be temporarily kept at the local / regional unit of the courier service, of which the Buyer will be notified via SMS with exact information and phone number where he can arrange the next date. delivery.
Wrongly delivered product
In cases when the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the one he bought, he has the right to delivery of the ordered Product, and if this is not possible, the Customer is entitled to a refund in the amount of the paid price of the Product, delivery price and is obliged to return the incorrectly delivered Product.
Failure to Accept
In the event that the Buyer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to demand reimbursement of handling, transportation and other possible costs.
